No. After surgery you will be under the influence of medications. It is dangerous to drive. If you do not have anyone to drive you home after the facelift, the recovery room staff may call a taxi. Tell the nurses in the surgery unit when you arrive how you expect to go home. For safety reason Dr. Hudson will NOT allow you to go home in a taxi unaccompanied.
Nevertheless, after a facelift most patients are able to drive themselves within a few days.
