Tattoo Removal Program

Dr. Patrick Hudson orgnaized the gang tattoo removal progam for the City of Albuquerque.  The program aimed to remove the stigmata of gang tattoos from ex-gang members. For this work he received a Proclamation from the City of Albuquerque.
