Rhinoplasty, or a "nose job", is commonly performed in all racial groups. In europeans it is common in patients from southern Europe and arabic countries. Large humps on the bridge of the nose are the most common complaint heard from europeans. Flattening of the bridge of the nose is more often seen in asian and african people. Hispanic americans often complain about a nose shape probably inherited from their spanish/moorish ancestors in which the tip of the nose may curve downward.
