What happens if I do not like the results?

No surgeon can give a guarantee about the outcome but most will work with you to achieve the result you want. If this means additional surgery they will often do this for you without a surgical fee, if they think it is medically safe. Because no guarantee about the result is given most surgeons do not refund the cost of surgery if you do not like the result.
