breast reduction
How is the operation done?

The principle of the operation is to mark the new nipple position and then remove tissue from the surrounding breast. The blood supply of the nipple is usually preserved on a pedicle of tissue. There are several ways to do this. Occasionally the nipple is removed and then attached as a free skin graft.
