Can I breast feed after surgery?
It is unlikely that breast enlargement surgery will prevent you from breast feeding.
If you lose some sensation in the nipple you may not be able to breast feed.
However, some women cannot breast feed and you may be in this group. Remember that even if you were able to breast feed after one pregnancy you may not be successful after another pregnancy.
