Can I have the operation again?

Almost all surgery can be repeated. Still for most patients this is not needed. As time passes you may find that you need to modify or "update" something that was done several years before. This is exceptionally rare for pinback otoplasty. As time passes the cartilage is reshaped by your body and further surgery is therefore unlikely.
